Going back into my archives is turning up some neat photos and nice memories. It's nice to have a forum to share a few of the shots that until now have only been displayed in my scrapbook. I have three or four more to post from my trip to Scotland in 2002.

These are some of the remnants of St. Andrews Cathedral down the road from the more famous St. Andrews golf course. The tower in the distance is St. Rule's tower, which you can climb for a nice view of the surrounding town and Scotland coast.

Wow!! I really like the picture. The tones and contrast work so well.

Beautiful - looks like gates to another reality..

I like how the door frames the tower in the background. Nice shot!

Killer shot! I love everything about it, and the fact that you used an S40 ;)

I came across your site from the photoblogs.org blog on equipment. I also use the S40 for my photoblog and love it.

Great site and great photographs you have here!

Beautiful framing. Love it. I like, too, how you softened the stonework in the arch and gave it a darker, narrower tonal range.
