Just to the left of and below Fitz Roy is Cerro Poincenot, 3002 meters high.

This is really beautiful. An almost alien landscape, with the fine draping of snow and the moon watching over it. Can be the cover of some sci-fi book.

Certainly a long way up that's for sure. I really like how this photo captures the peak and the moon in the background - Makes it look so much higher!
