I made cupcakes to take to work tomorrow for the STS-122 launch. Try as I might, the red never turned red -- it just stayed hot pink. The icing was a bit gooey as well, but still tasty. I don't think I've ever actually made cupcakes until tonight. Hot pink and green says "Christmas" right?
