The sky at sunset on Wednesday night. Very cool clouds and colors.

We didn't have to fly far to escape the storm clouds pictured yesterday. We were probably somewhere near Atlanta when I glanced out the window to see that dark gray had been replaced by white and puffy.

As we taxied toward the runway when I left Charlotte last Sunday, it began to rain heavily. A few minutes later, once airborne, this was the angry view of the storm clouds out my window.
