This was my first space-themed Christmas ornament, and it's still my favorite. I love the little astronaut working on a satellite out of the payload bay!

I made cupcakes to take to work tomorrow for the STS-122 launch. Try as I might, the red never turned red -- it just stayed hot pink. The icing was a bit gooey as well, but still tasty. I don't think I've ever actually made cupcakes until tonight. Hot pink and green says "Christmas" right?

Outside the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, there were dozens of decorated guitars a la the original cow art project of years ago. I liked this one in particular.

I am not a knot person. Therefore I have no idea what knot this is.

These very worn signal flags were hanging near the bridge of the USS Lexington. Most of the letters were there, but the numbers must have walked off some time ago.
